Как вежливо отклонить offer of admission?

Собственно сабж. Если универ не предлагает online формы для отказа/принятия оффера, то в какой форме стоит писать rejection letter для секретаря graduate admission и профессора, с которым было интервью? Необходимо ли уточнять причины, по которым я его отклоняю, и указать программу, из которой я принял (или скорее всего приму) оффер? Может быть есть какой-нибудь template?

Спасибо, насколько я понимаю этот шаблон предназначен все-таки для graduate admission sectretary; для проф., с которым был в контакте наверное необходимо более персональное письмо?

да, у меня тоже была в свое время идея написать письмо в этом стиле, да боюсь не оценят прикола. впрочем, попробовать можно - все равно терять нечего.
